All images displayed on claupereirafotos.com are my own and owned, Cláudia Pereira, the photographer who owns this site. According to Portuguese Law, described in article 165 of the Code of Copyright and Related Rights, Decree-Law no. 63/85, only the author of the photographs, in this case, Cláudia Pereira, has the exclusive right to reproduce, disseminate and put on sale with the restrictions regarding the exhibition, reproduction and sale of portraits, and without prejudice to the copyright in the reproduced work, concerning photographs of works of fine arts!

LICENÇA DE USO

Store Policies (Print Shop)

1. Poster printing process

 

We print all posters from our Print Shop on demand. We use Printful drop shipping services to print, package, fulfill and deliver all orders. Printful print-on-demand service has locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! 

2. Orders’ fulfillment and shipping

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, and then it is shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, informing the tracking code and the link to track your order.
 

Once your order is shipped and reaches the destination country it is in the hands of the local mail service. 

3. Delivery Times

At the moment, we can ship our orders to European countries and to the United States. We use Printful shipping and fulfillment time to estimate delivery times. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery times as follows: 

  • Europe: 7 to 15 working days

  • USA: 5 to 10 business days

Count on us to help you if any issues arise, but we do not have a special relationship with postal services to speed up locating and delivering packages. 

[COVID-19] On possible changes to deadlines due to the COVID-19 pandemic:

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual until the global situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic is get back to normal. In some cases, we might see delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers, as the entire industry is facing challengess.

4. Tracking Orders

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, informing the tracking code and the link to track your order.

5. Customs Taxes (for international orders)

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local Customs Office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local Customs Office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. .

6. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

At the moment, we do not work with returns and exchanges, even for different sizes of the same image. We highly recommend you double-check which poster size would better fit your space. Though rare, you may receive a mislabeled item, for example. If you find anything wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us.

Refunds are only available for customers that have received a wrong or damaged item. If any of these apply, please inform us according to the guidelines described in the Solving Problems section below.

7. Solving Problems

  • Delivery Delays

Before contacting us, please help us as follows:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • If the delivery address is correct, ask your local post office if they have your package.

If the shipping address is correct, and your local post office does not have your package, get in touch with us by email, and inform your order number. We will do everything we can to check out what happened.

  • Wrong or damaged products

We’re so sorry that you received a wrong or damaged product.

To help us solve this situation for you quickly, please email us within a week of receiving your package with photos of the damaged or wrong product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! We will send you a new product, or issue a refund, as you prefer!

Photo Shoot Booking Policies

1. About photo shoot booking

Bookings for photo shoots must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired date and with payment of 50% of the approved budget. For "last minute", urgent or emergency appointments, contact WhatsApp at +351 919 637 2511.

2. Cancellation rules for confirmed booked sessions

Cancellations of sessions already confirmed and paid made may be canceled according to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations requested up to 48 hours before the start of the session: full refund of the advance payment.

  • Cancellations requested up to 24 hours before the start of the session: 50% refund of the amount paid in advance.

  • Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the start of the session, there is no refund of amounts paid.

  • Our business is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell products and services to our customers.   • To print and deliver the orders ordered at our store to your address, we use the services of the company Printful, and therefore we need to share with you your personal contact and address details so that your order can reach the correct address.   • When making a purchase of products or services through our website, in order to be able to pay online using a credit card, we use the service provider Wix Payments.

  • About Wix Payments:

    • Wix.com complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) rules and is recognized as a tier 1 vendor.

    • PCI DSS is an information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard helps to create a secure environment, improving the quality of cardholder data and reducing credit card fraud.
